Lots of drivers are showing me the statutes regarding PUBLIC EMPLOYEE STRIKES!
In those statutes public employees are given the right to strike under certain conditions!
But under another section of the ORS are LAWS THAT PROHIBIT transit workers specifically from striking!
Which law hold precedence?
