Please bring me some new low floor buses for the westside passengers.These dinosaurs are literally falling apart.If you and Mrs.Claus can not bring me new ones,could you at least tranfer 20 or 30 2500's from Powell and Center Street?

Noticed that blogger Adri mentioned in her "Easy Button" post that Trimet is budgeting for 55 new buses for late 2011.
Anything on this from inside the belly of the beast?
I haven't seen anything "officially" about this, no press release or internal announcements that I noticed.
Well...we might actually get around to retiring the 1400s...or is TriMet still going to retire the 1700s first before the 1400s/1600s?
