Another thing I don’t like about working here:
They keep moving the managers around!
I had a relationship with Lyle; I understood him and his communication style, now he is gone, and I have to deal with someone I have never met, have no relationship with, and who knows nothing about me!
I have no Idea who Robert Romo is, I never even heard of him till he was appointed station manager here! Does he have any transit experience or is he just another hard-ass administrator who just see’s us as a commodity that he has to deal with and “get into line?”.
Trimet keeps talking about valuing their operators, but every single aspect of their administrative policies exemplifies the exact opposite!
I want Lyle!
