This movie has been edited to comply with the most recent version of the Trimet HR rules, which seem to change whenever somebody makes any sort of complaint, even if the complainant themselves are not party to the actual incident and can make up whatever story they feel like about the alleged incident.
In this movie there is one conversation with a bus operator about the demonstration at Neils house. He knew the camera was filming but he was not participating in any "blogging" activities while driving, we were talking, which is what bus drivers do, or used to do, before hysteria ruled this organization. We are not sure if we are allowed to actually talk to passengers any more since that might be interpreted as "distracted" driving, but I am sure we will find out.
Starting today, all new movies will be in full compliance with the latest, greatest, version of Trimet rules, no images, no sounds, of any person who is using Trimet or employed at Trimet. I myself am still permitted to talk to myself while out in the public and even on duty as of today. That most likely is in the process of being changed as I post this. Soon I will be a little bus driver who drives his bus and just gets in fights with passengers over silly stuff (see dispatch call library) since Trimet allows that as ordinary bus driver duties, but actually talking to or enjoying the passengers that happen to ride our system, or showing the horrible overcrowded system itself, is apparently a violation of the Trimet law and order policy.

It's incredibly sad that our management has absolutely no backbone to stand up to the likes of him.

I am being prevented from engaging in a legally sanctioned activity on my own time, using my own equipment, loading material on my personal website!
As of now I will comply fully with the the management wishes, however I intend to have my attorney look into this and see if removing my freedoms is something they can actually get away with!

I am so controversial that I have one person of questionable emotional health running a blog just about me and another wanna be newsman with very questionable credentials so obsessed by my actions that he actually writes stories about me, a little bus driver from Portland Oregon.

Invasion of personal privacy
(1) Except as provided in ORS 163.702 (Exceptions to ORS 163.700), a person commits the crime of invasion of personal privacy if:
(a)(A) The person knowingly makes or records a photograph, motion picture, videotape or other visual recording of another person in a state of nudity without the consent of the person being recorded; and
(B) At the time the visual recording is made or recorded the person being recorded is in a place and circumstances where the person has a reasonable expectation of personal privacy; or
(b)(A) For the purpose of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of the person, the person is in a location to observe another person in a state of nudity without the consent of the other person; and
(B) The other person is in a place and circumstances where the person has a reasonable expectation of personal privacy.
(2) As used in this section:
(a) "Makes or records a photograph, motion picture, videotape or other visual recording" includes, but is not limited to, making or recording or employing, authorizing, permitting, compelling or inducing another person to make or record a photograph, motion picture, videotape or other visual recording.
(b) "Nudity" means any part of the uncovered, or less than opaquely covered,:
(A) Genitals;
(B) Pubic area; or
(C) Female breast below a point immediately above the top of the areola.
(c) "Places and circumstances where the person has a reasonable expectation of personal privacy" includes, but is not limited to, a bathroom, dressing room, locker room that includes an enclosed area for dressing or showering, tanning booth and any area where a person undresses in an enclosed space that is not open to public view.
(d) "Public view" means that an area can be readily seen and that a person within the area can be distinguished by normal unaided vision when viewed from a public place as defined in ORS 161.015 (General definitions).
If the management were to stoop so low as to fire me for my LEGAL activities while I am not on duty then I promise I will fight it with every single penny I have. As many people know, I almost always film transit when I ride!
I AM NOT ON DUTY IN ANY OF THE FILMS WHERE I AM RIDING THE SYSTEM!
Trimet has no right to regulate my activities while I am a FREE CITIZEN IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN!
Apparently Mr. Griffith is under the impression that I have to abide by TRIMET rules 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
I DON'T THINK SO!
