In this capacity, Mr. Saporta was responsible for all safety activities for the Banfield Light Rail Project and three rail extensions."So if TriMet is unsafe now (the claim being made by Neil & others), and this guy was responsible for developing bus & rail safety programs and all safety activities surrounding MAX when he was here, shouldn't we be blaming him for that instead of hiring him back?
