You do realize that your terms of service might be void since they do not meet the criteria of a legal agreement since they do not specify:

1. Who the agreement is between.
2. Who "RANTINGS OF A TRIMET BUS DRIVER"
3. Where the venue of law is?
4. In addition since the blog is on a free hosted service it would also have to comply with all of Google's TOS since they essentially host all the content.
