Why did our two executive officers go and why did they decide to fly over there rather than take the company car and save some dough?
Union elites are still elites and function for their own pleasure rather than ours it seems!

I believe Amtrak Cascades would have been the cheapest option. Amtrak and WSDOT even get away undercutting Greyhound's fares between Portland and Seattle (it must be nice to not have to set fares to cover the operating costs.)
