MANAGEMENT VIOLATES CONFIDENTIALITY

IT SEEMS TO ME;

that putting out an "all call" to every single operator on duty
telling them to "spot an operator who's name is MR XXXX", then further instructing
every single operator who is on duty that "if they do spot Mr XXXX who is in uniform that
they SHOULD NOT tell Mr XXXX that dispatch is looking for them but call priority only";

IS A COMPLETE VIOLATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY!

These XXXXX, the same XXXXX that disciplined me for embarrasing a operator by
publishing an over the air dispatch call, have no problem humiliating a fellow
operator by putting out such a message.

WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT THIS?

Change your name to "Mr. X". That'll mess with them.

I had an operator friend of mine ask about that message she got last night. When she pulled into Center, there were LOTS of supervisors and cops around, in the parking lot and in the report area.

Nobody would tell her why...
