Passenger tells operator that she will be "sued" for "throwing her around" in the bus from Gresham Transit Center down Powell! She never fell but she apparently didn't like the ride! Dispatch will pull the data pack!
(This is the kind of crap that operators have to put up with)

But they never sue ODOT for the condition that Powell is in...you know, Powell, being a state highway, and a rather neglected one at that!
