A Portland, Oregon, witness riding a bus westbound at 6:45 a.m. on March 29, 2011, over the Ross Island Bridge reports watching three bright white lights "that seemed to flicker or flash rapidly" and nearby observed a "cluster of bright colored lights "that blinked and seemed to tumble around each other," according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
