About as good as the service alerts for the 12/94 buses a week ago when there was a major crash at 99W/Cipole Road between King City and Sherwood.
I finally even had Commuter Joe admit that TriMet dropped the ball on the service alert (when he previously accused me of having no proof that TriMet doesn't treat bus riders fairly with service alerts).
There was a service alert for the Cipole Road incident just as quick as the operators received information about it. Dispatch likes to wait until the facts are firm.
