ENTITLEMENT? WHERE?

Random Paycheck
How is something an "entitlement" if I am paying for it? Hell no it's not an entitlement. These people are planning on stealing things we paid for!

entitlement |enˈtītlmənt|
noun
the fact of having a right to something : full entitlement to fees and maintenance should be offered | you should be fully aware of your legal entitlements.
• the amount to which a person has a right : annual leave entitlement.

-------
You have the right to receive social security, thus it is an entitlement.

Disagree;
I'm paying for something, that is NOT AN "ENTITLEMENT".
People may have the "right" to social security, even if they paid nothing, to them its an "entitlement".

Al if you're paying for something, then of course you are entitled to (having a right to) get what you paid for.

"sense of entitlement" refers to someone's personal perception that they have a right to something, when often they do not.

The way these politicians are throwing around the world "entitlement" implies that I will be getting something for nothing, and that is just not the case.

They wanna steal the money that we have paid into this program!
