Psst-Dispatch,check your spelling before sending out your fleetwide message
Actually, I think that would be a station agent (manager?) message. I don't think dispatch normally deals with assigning work, and their messages generally aren't all caps. Also, if they meant "RDO", it doesn't make sense as the message would only get to people who are NOT on their day off.
