TRIMET TRANSIT DISTRICT ATTEMPTS DESTRUCTION OF IT'S UNIONIZED EMPLOYEES BY THE CAREFUL APPLICATION OF PROPAGANDA WHICH IS DISSEMINATED BY THE PORTLAND CORPORATE MEDIA:
Propaganda is a form of communication that is aimed at influencing the attitude of a community toward some cause or position.
As opposed to impartially providing information, propaganda, in its most basic sense, presents information primarily to influence an audience. Propaganda often presents facts selectively (thus possibly lying by omission) to encourage a particular synthesis, or uses loaded messages to produce an emotional rather than rational response to the information presented. The desired result is a change of the attitude toward the subject in the target audience to further a political agenda. Propaganda can be used as a form of political warfare.

If these are out there I'm sure not getting any....maybe the west side doesnt get em...
The rebuild project will be completed in February but there will be a break-in period for the new parts in the fareboxes. Maintenance appreciates your patience during this transition and asks that Operators report any problems by submitting an Operator’s Report of Defect Card.

Now would be an EXCELLENT time to buy some of these.
Except for the fact that they're probably much more expensive than the as-new ones that TriMet is getting.
Plus, TriMet has said they want any electronic fare system to be separate from the fareboxes.
Merlo buses are supposed to get changed out soon. But I'm not sure how easy it is to tell the difference.
