Mary admits the rail is about development, not transit.
The focus on development has destroyed the transit function of this agency.
The soft parade of propaganda continues, "the Max is the best thing that ever happened to the buses ", how much more Orwellian can you get? Plus, more b.s. about "choice" riders, as if low income people or those who don't own cars are 2nd class riders.
