TRIMET WANTS $6000 FROM EACH UNION EMPLOYEE

Reader observes:
Al, are there about 2000 ATU members at TriMet?  If so, then if management wants to save 12 million from employee wages and benefits to balance the budget, my math says that they would have to take $6000 per employee to do so.  Fewer members, or a higher cost savings would result in a higher take away from each ATU member.
