Light rail is vulnerable to all sorts of disruptions shutting down the whole thing

Equipment blocking the tracks near the Lloyd Center is affecting all MAX service.  Shuttle buses are serving stations between the Rose Quarter TC and Lloyd Center station. Use shuttles or regular bus service.
