Wasn't it Fred Hansen that proclaimed all graffiti would be cleaned up within 48 hours???
How do you know it was there for more than 48 hours, how do you know it was turned in, and how do you know they didn't clean it that day?And that's not exactly classic graffiti (I believe Fred was talking about gang graffiti).
