Jason..great work. I admired your kind demeanor with the 73 operator. His quote on the SOP: "I don't care."Now how about a proactive action ATU--how is this operator being followed up with?If you don't have customer support, you have nothing.
For the record, when the recording started we were talking about how the 12 was not going into Sherwood that day due to an event.
