Gimme Questions

Alright, if I am going to ask questions of Beth DeHamel, give them to me now. I'm not going to have time to give her, like, a hundred questions on her way out of the door, but I'll pick the best/most relevant, I promise. I'm guessing I'll have three to five questions, that's what I'm counting on. You guys are better at the mad deets and specifics, so I'll take ideas from you. Do tell me, what do I ask our CFO?

What will the company give up, to get a defined contribution package?

...define that a little clearer for a ped like me? I don't want to sound wooden, haha.

Just a thought--but as a former employee from a bit of a ways back that dealt with the financial end of it...might be interesting to know if the non-union, management types still get their annual "incentives" (i.e. bonuses) that may not be labeled as such, but surely are, ranging from say 1% to 15%...how much are does that cost the Evil Empire each year???

Okay, so that's making me think of phrasing it like this:

"What would TriMet give up or do to repair things a bit- get a contribution package, find a way to restore Frequent Service, something TriMet's been promising to do for awhile?"

Am I misquoting you (addition aside)?

It, is in the Abortration ruling, what we have now (past tense), is a defined benefits package (i.e. golden parachute)to a defined compensation package (now)(pay-in as we go, less liability for them, more on us)
