Great post!

However, the current Flxible fleet (1700-1910) were built and delivered between 1991 and 1995. It was the 500 and 600s that date back to 1988 and they have been retired.

The 1400s are currently the oldest in the fleet, having been delivered in 1990.

Well but the concept is still correct...So that detail is a little off...

You're right, the concept is absolutely correct. No matter how you look at it, 12 years ago was 2000. Any bus manufactured in the 1990s should be consigned to beer cans - for TriMet that's all buses in the 1400 through 2100 series.

But, if I were to have posted this, two guys named Jason McFarlane (or Neil McHuff) and "MAX" would have chewed my ass out for my "inaccuracies"...

You can get used to Jason, I did, he is just himself, can't help it. I got the same problem with him that you do, but I just refuse to debate with him.
