"First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win." ~Mahatma Gandhi
You're so popular, Al
They love me MAX!
Continues to violate the privacy...?1. There is no expectation of privacy in public. Being on a public bus is...well, in public.2. Anything transmitted via federally licensed radio spectrum is not private. There is no expectation of privacy over a radio. Doesn't matter if it's a licensed business frequency or CB Radio or FRS or television or AM/FM bands. If it's put on a public airwave it is public. Want privacy - don't use a radio. (If it were private, don't you think radio scanners would be illegal???)
That was ALWAYS the point Erik-but Trimet had reigned me in for the most part.Don't matter now anyway, I can do what I want now that I AM FREE, FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST, THANK GOD ALMIGHTY I AM FREE AT LAST!
