Don't finish the paddle, and
you are a bad guy for leaving the public and the station agent in a
lurch--a selfish bastard for The Oregonian to target. Finish the
paddle, sacrifice your family life, and earn money by helping the
station agent and getting the public where it needs to go, and you are a
selfish, overpaid bastard for The Oregonian to target. Go figure.

Show me where that rule exists Jason
It's not good etiquette and on Page 2 of the dispatch SOP D105 Operator Communication Protocol, under Guidelines for All Text Messages, it does say "Messages should be standard mixed case text, not ALL CAPS"
