Why is this still up on the Trimet.org main page?

Mcfarlane won his arbitration, so why is this still up on the main page of Trimet.org? 
You know why, because this is just the beginning of what he is going to want from union employees. (Item 5)

Clearly only the beginning. As noted earlier--the silence of ATU and lack of any well organized response for labor is deafening.
