I have to say, it's interesting there's only one other proposal.

But CH2MHill is at at least an Oregon company, though I believe it was started by Beaver graduates.

This is a contract for a 'study' not actually doing anything.

Probably goes right into the pocket of his city club buddy

I mentioned the interesting observation of only one other proposal.

I'll agree the resolution makes it clear this is not a system "go".
