Boycott of my blog by union members made zero difference in readership

This blog is a HOBBY, of material that is not just mine but many  others have contributed to it throughout the years. The people reading my blog material were never Trimet employees or ATU union members.
When the union members started attacking my blog friends that's when I bailed on the union. This blog exists because of the efforts of people interested in the topic, not because of Trimet or the union. I know that union members are angry with me right now, but Freedom of speech is not something to be taken lightly. I refused to allow the company to bully me and I refuse to cave into union members either because "they don't like" what's being said on this blog or the point of view being expressed. What the union shows us is that some of the rhetoric about unions IS TRUE. I am pro union but against many of the things we see at our very own union. Cronyism, secrecy, violation of members rights by the executive leadership, and the one thing that Ellen Fox says she stands against, BULLYING.

In this new union, those days are long gone, we are in the process of rebuilding a union from the middle up. We are working on becoming a true union, not like I have said before, "a union in name only". Everyone has a steak in this situation and everyone needs to put some "skin" in the game. Those who want to drag us down to past levels of ineptitude, will not be that silent majority that got away with the things that almost destroyed this union.
