You see, at Trimet we have an abundance of Management but precious little Leadership. My definition of Management is “Answering questions that are asked or made obvious by events.” My definition of Leadership is “Solving things before they are questions or problems.” We have the former in abundance, but of the latter we at Trimet have precious little.
