STEADMAN WANTS SUMMARY JUDGEMENT
Randy Stedman, ,executive director of lanor relations for TriMet, said
he hoped the agency and the union could formally request a declaratory
judgement from the court next week. TriMet and the union must first
agree on a stipulate set of facts to be submitted to the court before
that can happen, Stedman says.
