Translink using Twitter!!

So much, that they can't keep up when the snow fell.  They apologized on their Facebook page for the delays in tweets on their Twitter account, but vow to get them answered.

I think TriMet, and even the agencies up here can learn from the success of the way they are using it to interact with riders.

Trimet just doesn't want people to know the truth, I'm convinced of that.
They are all about image and not about substance
