THE HEARING BEFORE JUDGE HODSEN
Judge Hodson allowed me to audio record the hearing, he would not allow video taping of it however. The Trimet lawyer asked me not to take her picture and as I always have, honored her request so you won't see her picture anywhere. I thought the judge was great BTW.
Whaaat? (Strange Line 72 detour)
Line 72 detour: Regular route to 82nd and Glisan right Glisan left 102nd left pacific into gateway Transit Center then pacific to left 102nd left Halsey right 92nd left Tillamook right 82nd and regular route. REVERSE southbound until clear.I believe this may be the strangest detour I've seen yet. If the goal is to continue serving MAX, I know they've used 60th in the past. And they could have used 99th instead of 102nd from Glisan to Pacific like I think Line 19 does.
Also, I'm not sure I'd be able to REVERSE that southbound.
Sent at about 12:20 AM today, so not that many trips/people affected. Someone could check the news/calls to see what was up.
