How corrupt is our judicial system here in Portland, OR. I thought big development money usually prevails in this town over old fashioned justice.
The question becomes: Does this piss Lane off even more and becomes more aggressive? Or does this dampen his spirit and he stops going after TriMet altogether? Or probably the best outcome, does he continue to be an activist, moderate his techniques a bit, and continue being an advocate for the rider?
I'll take option 3, Al. That's what I hope happens.
