This is Shelley Devine. She's the one who represented Trimet in the BOLI investigation I filed against them for retaliation. While comparing BOLI public records with Trimet executives in-house e-mail and other document exchanges relating to my claim, I discovered she gave conflicting testimony. She actually signed her name to the investigation knowing she was untruthful.
