TriMet gets route change alert wrong

The following message was sent out to TriMet e-mail subscribers (archived here):

Starting Sunday, April 20, a permanent route change starts for Line 78-Beaverton/Lake Oswego.

For trips to Lake Oswego Transit Center, Line 78-Beaverton/Lake Oswego will move from SW Hampton to SW Beveland between SW 68th and SW 72nd.

Due to new retail construction, the intersection at SW 72nd and Hampton has been changed, preventing buses from turning left from SW Hampton onto SW 72nd. Buses traveling to Lake Oswego Transit Center will permanently move to SW Beveland. For trips to Beaverton Transit Center, buses will remain on SW Hampton.

The stop on SW Hampton at 69th (Stop ID 2493) will close and a new stop will be installed on SW Beveland, near 69th (new Stop ID to come soon). Some on-street parking on SW Beveland at 68th and 69th will need to be removed to allow buses to turn safely onto SW Beveland and to accommodate the new bus stop.

With this route change, SW Beveland residents and businesses will see buses traveling on their street every day, about once every thirty minutes between 6 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.

For questions please contact Clay Thompson, TriMet Outreach Services at 503-962-6438 or email at thompsoc@trimet.org.
But there's a problem:

When buses are turning left from Hampton onto 72nd, they are headed towards Beaverton and not Lake Oswego.

They did send out a corrected version of the alert.
