Giving up on Trimet

Dear TriMet,

I hate to do this, but I’m breaking up with you. It’s not me, it’s you. I am getting tired of dealing with your problems. I can’t be waiting on you for hours on end while you get ready for an event. Even when you’re at an event, it seems like you’re not even there. How can I have a soul mate who doesn’t seem to care anymore?

You were great in the beginning. We had our bumps in the road, but those could easily be looked over. I can understand when weather messes with your attitude. Trust me, I hate the hot weather too. It’s not your fault a switch freezes, but you do what you can to get it going again.

Nowadays, it’s gotten worse. Your attitude is one of that you don’t care. On top of that, are you really seeing other people, making them late as well? That’s where I draw the line. Even worse is when a connection is missed due to your scheduling. I’m tired of it. I’m sorry to say, but it’s over.

You’ll still me once in a while, but I’ll have my bicycle. At least I know that is more dependable than being inside you.

With all my love,
Anonymous

Previous administrations were detail oriented. Notices were posted warning passengers of reroutes and removed when service was restored. Communication seemed to flow more smoothly between departments. But the blame is being misplaced. It goes to Jackson who doles it out to Road Ops. Jackson's the problem. He's not delegating.
