Why the hell did this take 3 months to release to the public
It turns out that the news did run this story late April http://katu.com/news/local/teen-almost-hit-by-bullet-while-riding-trimet-bus-in-northeast-portland yet the story that I see they did in late April didn't look like it was that bad compared to what is being shown now. I am not sure if the actual footage was shown of the girl inside the bus in the April News broadcast but seeing it now really makes a difference. I am shocked that I didn't notice the news in April about this and I just find myself asking why it didn't stand out as much as it is standing out now.
