Are they going to mow between train transit times or does someone mow at 2am? It's too narrow for a commercial mower so a labor intensive home owner model must be used and replaced about every three to four years. <br /><br />The grease and oils dripping from the trains will eventually kill the grass, the daily vibration from the heavy trains weight will super compact the soil near the tracks; thus, the grass will need de-thatched, aerated and over seeded in 4 to 5 years max.<br /><br />That being said, it looks really cool!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
