That's what we've been told that TriMet needs to be. A regional system, or none at all.<br /><br />That means EVERY bus stop, from Troutdale to Tigard and from Forest Grove to the Sherwood Forest and from the Portland Airport to the Hillsboro Airport needs to be fully improved.
