A Secretary of State corporation search shows an "RC Investments" doing business at 1724 N.E. 24th Avenue, Portland.
A Google search of the address shows several different business names but all having to do with limousine businesses. The business names include Portland Limousine, Prestige Limousine and Tiffany Limousine.
