Milwaukie mayor leaves TriMet for Portland Streetcar
So... he started as a bus driver, not sure if he was union or non-union vested, now he's off to streetcar to collect PERS on top of a TriMet pension.. good move on his part I guess.
Also WTF at "Ferguson and Fetsch created an award-winning critical incident stress management team that’s become a statewide model."? TriMet hasn't ever mentioned this in the past...why? (because it doesn't exist?) Since when does Mary do anything safety-related?
And interesting now if he's not tied to TriMet, except indirectly through Streetcar, it doesn't limit anything he does with PMLR as the Milwaukie Mayor, which has been a HUGE conflict of interest (like how Milwaukie is going to borrow their share of the funding from TriMet, as if TriMet has the resources on hand for that)
