Shouldn't white shirts know better?

Is there a law in not crossing tracks where not prohibited? I dont see any signs, or barriers preventing it. The filled in tracks only suggests its ok. This type of thing is common at San Diego Light rail Stations.

ReplyDeletecrossing the tracks away from a crosswalk (or not getting permission from control, and vested, to enter the right-of-way)
