7 a.m.                        TriMet Hybrid Bus Departs SW 4th and Washington, Portland

8 a.m.                        Check-in and continental breakfast in Room 50 (after entering rotunda area, take elevators or stairways on either side of the information desk downstairs)

8:15 a.m.                 Welcome and briefing from Oregon Transit Association

8:30 a.m.                 Rep. Tobias Read, Chair of House Committee on Transportation and Economic Development and Senator Lee Beyer, Chair of Senate Committee on Business & Transportation

9-11 a.m.                Individual meetings with legislators

10:30 or 11 a.m.   View House and Senate floor action from third floor galleries

Noon                                     Box lunches in the first floor Capitol Galleria (provided by OTA)

1-3:45 p.m.             Individual meetings with legislators

1:30-3:45 p.m.      Snacks and refreshments available in Room 257
(immediately outside House Chamber)

3 p.m.                        Possible hearings on transit issues by House Committee on Transportation and Economic Development, Hearing Room E

3:50 p.m.                 Bus departs Salem

4:50 p.m.                 Bus arrives at SW 4th and Washington, Portland
