NEW CAD/AVL CRAZINESS

From a driver I had to listen to the beep 241 plus times the system sent me every message sent since trimet got this system.

    Ain't technology great!

    And what's the story on the "Near Miss" button? Is an operator supposed to notify the system every time some bad driver almost hits his/her bus?

    Seems like that would be a great way to self-identify yourself as a driver in need of sit-down talks from your manager!

    Or, is there some other purpose for that button that I haven't guessed?
