Interesting that CTRAN allows testimonies BEFORE the meeting instead of after its over. Makes sense obviously, what good is testifying if the meeting is over. We know that Trimet does it that way to discourage public testimony, last thing they want is public input. The testimonies in the video are some of the most articulate and passionate I have ever seen, anywhere.
