Note the low turnout. It would be more decisive if the vote was done during a general election, as many people who aren't energetic about what's in a special election may just ignore it.
That's what I love about American democracy! Winner take all baby even if it 1% of total voters! It's just like American sports, there is only 1 winner and how you win is irrelevant.
