MARCUS GRIFFITH HOUNDING ME AND MY ASSOCIATES FOR INFO---MY RESPONSE:

Al Margulies:

I am a freelance journalist for The Vancouver Voice. Would you like to
comment on your thoughts regarding HR 202 and its potential conflict
with freedom of speech? Also, would you like to comment on what
guidelines employers should set to govern off-duty employee conduct
that impacts the workplace?

Al Margulies

And he keeps on hounding me

I am curious as to why you claim your off-duty blog has nothing to do
with TriMet yet you refer questions regarding your blog to TriMet.
Would it be fair characterize your actions as an admission that TriMet
has authority over your off-duty blogging conduct?

  1. No, but it would be fair to characterize Marcus Griffith as someone who has the reading comprehension of a jar of mayonnaise. He's asking you to comment on a TriMet policy then acts all bewildered when you refer him to an official TriMet spokesperson because he is a reporter asking about a TriMet policy. Jeez, Marcus, this isn't difficult to grasp.
