  1. What exactly is a "red turn on red"?

  2. HAHA!
I was tired, not very good at editing even when I am not tired.

  3. Are these "No Turn on Red" locations also? Lynnwood will snap your photo if you make a right turn on red without coming to a complete stop first.

  5. We have a growing nuber of red light cameras here - and ATU 587 reports an increasing number of tickets being issued to bus drivers. These are hard to contest as "in-legal, out-legal" is less clear in a photo of a 40 to 60-foot bus scans differently than your basic Honda Accord. We've had no particular emphasis on right turn on red where such are banned, as they tend not to be at most intersections. King County Metro operators are barred from making a right turn on red in the downtown core (CBD) and may never make a "free left" (from a one-way to a one-way) at any location.
