TWO POSITIVE STORIES ABOUT TRIMET DRIVERS IN ONE DAY?
Story #1 involved a MAX Operator. That's nice and all, but what about all the things that a bus driver sees that goes unreported? Remember the story of the 57 Operator that picked up a stray dog - TriMet didn't even want to release that story at first until it was hounded.
Story #2...interesting story but at the bottom it says how she used to love buses and now she loves MAX and WES. Would her story be published if she only rode buses?
I guess you missed all of the press about the bus operator who saved the jumper from the steel bridge? Or the bus operator who saved the dog from the highway?
Also TriMet's "Making A Difference" site highlights 5 bus operators and ZERO MAX operators.
Looks like Angie made a little cameo in that second story.

(yawn)
Story #2 featured the lady's favorite bus operator presenting her with a gift, BTW.
