drivers talk about life on the job

But they told me that, in New York, if a passenger wants to file a complaint against a transit operator, he or she is charged a fee; the fee is refundable if the complaint is valid.
Good idea.
I asked them about food and drink, because a streetcar is a pigsty by day’s end, and also because a woman once spilled hot tea down my back, and I remember her every time I’m in the aisle seat and the person standing over me is drinking something over my head. They agreed that food on transit wrong. They also figure that bus has left the station.
