The park blocks of that neighborhood isn't on Lincoln, it's along the pedestrian-only paths that lie where SW 2nd and SW 3rd would be...where there are....parks, fountains and pedestrian paths. Duh!

Lincoln is hardly the park blocks -- there's no park! The trees are nice, yes - but where is the spot to sit down and have a picnic? Or relax in a spot that isn't bombarded by noisy traffic? Is he talking about the ~5 ft wide median in the middle of the street?
