Fed's talk alot, but do they actually deliver anything the public can use?

    Just not in Portland. So the 9410 was crapping out all the way on its maiden voyage from Center Street, 10 minutes down starting its run, its follower caught up with it at PSU. No biggie. We were side-by-side at Barbur and Capitol Hill; the 9410 had already been on the radio to report problems and when we were at her side she was clearly frustrated at the crap bus she had (and the lack of support from management...but Dispatchers can do no wrong. I'm sure it's her fault the bus took a shit.) It's nothing that a light rail line to Milwaukie and a new Streetcar line can't fix.

    Never mind...that the 94 doesn't go to Milwaukie - or anywhere near it.
